Have a Heart Attack. . . On a Plate

We’re going to a fall party tonight. That might not seem like a thing to mention to most people, but it’s a big event for us. Because Vern has worked midnights and weekends the whole time we have been married, we rarely almost never never get to go to parties. It just so happens that a coworker is having a party and Vern is on vacation. Yippee.

Here’s what I’m taking to the party. It’s my favorite dip and one I affectionately call Heart Attack on a Plate. It may clog your arteries, but it is oh so worth it.


Ingredients:

1 cup mayo
1 cup sour cream
1 lb. bacon fried crisp and crumbled
1 medium tomato, chopped


Directions:

Mix all ingredients, chill, and serve on pieces of toast or crackers.
